Experience Dev Deepawali in Kashi is a fixed group departure from 22 to 25 November 2026 — 3 nights and 4 days — planned by Varanasi Darshan Tours. The journey covers a premium stay near the ghats and temples, a sunrise Ganga boat ride, Kashi Vishwanath sugam darshan, the evening Ganga Aarti, the Dev Deepawali boat on the night of Kartik Purnima, and a Sarnath excursion before departure.

This is not a loose hotel-and-ticket bundle. Reporting, boarding, the river experience, darshan, illuminated ghats, fireworks, the laser show, and the return transfer are coordinated as one guest journey. The group travels in an AC Tempo Traveller or Ertiga reserved for the group.

What the four days cover

22 November — Arrival. Pickup from Varanasi airport or railway station, hotel check-in from about 2:00 PM, a walk through the lanes and ghats around Dashashwamedh, and the evening Ganga Aarti. Overnight in Varanasi.

23 November — Kashi darshan. Sunrise boat on the Ganga, Kashi Vishwanath darshan with sugam darshan tickets, breakfast and rest, then the temple circuit: Kaal Bhairav, Sankat Mochan Hanuman, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Temple, and the BHU / New Vishwanath area as timing allows. A Banarasi vegetarian meal (kachori-sabzi, jalebi, lassi) and time for Banarasi silk shopping. Overnight in Varanasi.

24 November — Dev Deepawali. A quieter morning and breakfast, an early lunch, then preparation from 3:00 PM for the night of a thousand lights. Assisted boarding for the Dev Deepawali boat, snacks and water on the boat, illuminated ghats, fireworks and the laser show subject to the official programme, and dinner at the hotel depending on movement and traffic. Overnight in Varanasi.

25 November — Sarnath and departure. Breakfast, check-out, Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, and the Sarnath Archaeological Museum, then a drop at Varanasi airport or railway station.

Payment and cancellation

An advance of ₹8,000 per person confirms the seat. The balance is due at least 10 days before departure. Cancellation 20 days or more before the tour is refunded after a non-refundable deduction of ₹5,000 per person from the advance. Cancellation within 20 days is non-refundable. Dev Deepawali is an annual departure, so the amount cannot be carried forward. A confirmed traveller may transfer the booking to a friend or relative if Varanasi Darshan Tours is informed in time and traveller details are completed.
